'Relax, Release' became my daily affirmation as I navigated my recovery and returned to therapy. This piece is about the surrender required to trust oneself again. You can see it in the brushwork: the structured, vibrant peonies at the top gradually give way to misty, ethereal strokes at the base. It represents the moment we stop fighting the current and finally allow ourselves to float.
