Introduction

Welcome to Carolyn Quan Art (www.carolynquan.art). By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.

Purchases

When you place an order for a canvas print, paper print or original painting, you agree to provide accurate payment and shipping information. All sales are final, and once your order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Orders will not be refunded if the order(s) is lost, delivered to the wrong address, or returned by the carrier due to the buyer providing incorrect shipping information. The buyer will be responsible for all re-shipping costs to the correct address, as well as a 50% reprint charge based on the value of the print to be reprinted, if the original order is lost due to incorrect shipping information provided.

Shipping

We offer free standard delivery Australia-wide and a flat rate for international orders. For urgent orders or express shipping within or outside Australia, you agree to contact Carolyn Quan to obtain a quote before placing your order. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. We are not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. We do offer replacements for damaged goods. If this occurs, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order and provide your order number, along with photographic evidence of the damage or defect. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including images, text, artwork and designs, is the property of Carolyn Quan Art (www.carolynquan.art) and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is prohibited. The collector or buyer may not reproduce the artwork in any way without written permission.

Ownership of Artwork

I, Carolyn Quan, retain all rights to all artwork I create. This includes the rights to the image of sold & commissioned original paintings. I maintain the right to make reproductions of any artwork I create unless the collector has also purchased the full or partial rights to the artwork. To discuss purchasing the rights, get in contact. The collector or buyer may not reproduce the artwork in any way without written permission. I only ask for credit if the artwork is reproduced in a magazine or other media. When you purchase an original painting, you, the collector, have the right to display the artwork in your home or business. However, the artwork may not be resold or reproduced without my prior written permission.

User Conduct

By using our website, you agree not to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
Disrupt or interfere with the security or functionality of our website
