The painting that unravelled me. 'From Shadows, We Bloom' is a deeply personal, original canvas painting born out of a season of profound healing. Inspired by my own return to therapy, this piece represents the messy, beautiful process of unmasking and returning to the roots of who I truly am.
After years of navigating my own personal history with anxiety, this painting was my way of processing those emotions on canvas. The dark, moody background represents the shadows we all carry, while the vibrant, textured blooms symbolise the beauty of coming back to life... learning to become stronger, yet softer, all at once.
